- TGThe GreenoughsMay 11, 20264.0I went to this store because I had a gift card and it was conveniently located (in Waterford Lakes Town Center). The store was clean, and the staff were friendly. The young lady in the dressing room área was extremely helpful. The prices were too high, as expected, and the selections were not appealing to my taste.

- OOOlga ObertoDec 29, 20251.0This morning; I went to return shoes to the store today (12/29) and they didn’t want to refund me the amount I paid but give store credit as they insisted shoes where “final sale” but they were not labeled as “final sale”. I was sure I was able to return the item and receive a refund based on their policy. Employees and the manager who was unable to come out to speak with a cliente, educate yourself with the store you work for policies.
- MLMarlene LlNov 29, 20255.0Just finished my fourth trip to this store in a couple of months. Despite the busy location I found parking each time quite easy. While my first few trips were onsite shopping trips this one was to pick up an order that I had placed in the store that I had delivered to the store. All my experiences at this location have been great - the sales staff are readily available to answer questions and if you can't find something in the store they are ready to order it for you, saving you the trip back home. In this case my in store pick up was quick (even though I insisted on trying on the pieces) and I was lucky enough to see my personal shopping maven "Kathryn" as I was leaving. Keep it up Team Lululemon - you help me stay laser focused on staying healthy.
