- MPMarty PirochtaSep 25, 20261.0Every time I go into this location it’s terrible. The service is awful. There’s one particular guy who give so much attitude it’s honestly comical. I shop at Millenia and online and love the clothing however the Waterford location makes me feel like I’m a major inconvenience! They really need to brush up on customer service skills - especially when their stock is so down!
- MSMichael SmithSep 19, 20261.0Horrible customer service and exchange policy sucks. Brand new shirt that had a blemish on it, never worn with tags and they would exchange for the same shirt.
- RCRebekah ChandlerAug 21, 20265.0The team at this lululemon location is absolutely amazing! My son is preparing for his next adventure at UCF, and unfortunately, several of the items he wanted weren’t available in his size. Ivy went above and beyond to help us order everything he needed and ensure it would arrive before classes began. Thank you, Ivy, and the entire team, for creating such a wonderful shopping experience and going the extra mile to assist us! Your kindness and exceptional customer service truly made a difference. 💙✨
- SCSteffen CJul 11, 20261.0They changed their gift card policy, they no longer reload prior cards and they reduced the increment amount to $50 from the $75 limit. I'm assuming it's to combat the American Express partnership they did for the $75 benefit, but it's scummy corporate behavior.
- ACAmanda ConklinJun 29, 20261.0Very slim selection. I mean by quantity and sizes. I went looking for my favorite Go Further bra, tanks, and pocketed running shorts. No pockets in sight.
