  The staff here is so uppity, you would think they had any reason to be as rude as they clearly feel perfectly comfortable treating their customers. I thought it was just me, but, based on the 3.8 stars, clearly it's the social atmosphere among the staff that needs attention. Perhaps from corporate, not just management, since lots of reviews seem to mention how incompetent and unhelpful the managers are here as well. I went in to drop off a pair of pants to be hemmed. The associate at the register who was available for me was impolite and dismissive. When i was done talking, she just blinked back at me with that typical blank Gen Z look, and scrunched her face like i wasn't making any sense. She had me follow her to the fitting room desk, where we had an entirely unnecesary back and forth, and a waste of time, because she started acting like this FREE hemming service provided to the members would come out of her personal paycheck. My problem was that the pant legs were not equal in length. When they measured the inseam, the length was correct. But the thing with clothing is that, even if the pieces were cut correctly and measure correctly, if they weren't put together correctly, they aren't gonna sit or fit right. Her argument and reason for being so difficult was that since the inseam measured right, my concern of the pants not fitting right was compeltely invalid. The girl argued with me and put up so much resistance that I was genuinely confused why she was acting the way she was. She then didn't say anything and stormed off to speak to a manager. While she was away, I was able to grab someone else and she was perfectly friendly, and was able to help me till the end. She had me try the pants on to see exactly what I meant, and saw for herself how the legs were in fact NOT equal in legnth, instead of telling me off or arguing with me like the other girl did. I can't believe I had to say "yeah, but it's not my legs that are different lengths, it's the pants" LOL

  Maggie is the best! She was eager to help me and answered all of my questions which were a lot. She was very patient and kind. I would definitely recommend she is very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing.

  Employee was so rude. When I came to the counter he didn’t say anything to me and he was talking to his co-worker. When she walked away he said “that’s good to her” but I thought he had said what’s good to me. Obviously I replied with I’m good how are you. He then proceeded to laugh in my face and say “I said it’s good and then you asked how I was”. Well yeah of course I was trying to be nice. Terrible service

  This store is judgmental and has no service towards people of color. I walked in with my daughter because she wanted to buy a set of yoga clothes. I was nervous because of the treatment I've heard towards people of color. They were not wrong, and there was no acknowledgment. I told my daughter, " Let's go somewhere else and thankfully, she did notice, and we left. Color people, please don't shop at Lululemon. This company is racist; it's not worth the heartache. Just don't, there are so many better options.
