  All the doors to this store were locked yesterday and there were no signs to tell anyone that it was like that. So everyone had to walk around the building. Some of the entrances had the outer doors open but not the inside doors. You should lose your lease here for doing that. Cause i almost got stuck inside the door area. I used to big of your company and now i refuse to recommend it to anyone; cause i watched hundreds of people do the same thing as me yesterday and the people inside the store just stood and watched everyone have to walk extra miles cause the store did not say CLOSED it said OPEN and had the normal business hours listed, there was no difference for the holiday posted anywhere. Every other store was open like usual. I don't understand; but as a man of the people i am speaking up!

  The store offers a fantastic variety of goods, and I was really impressed by the overall selection. My only real gripe was with the customer service while looking at the watches—the staff felt a bit too pushy while I was just trying to browse. A little more breathing room would have made for a much better shopping experience, but it’s still a great shop overall."

  Loved my hair. Such a great service love that I can get my hair done, shop and get a free mini makeup service. Loved everything about this salon.

  I bought a blouse from JC Penny. On April 4th, 2026. The blouse was too big. I went to JC Penny to exchange the blouse since I didn't have my receipt. I went to do the exchange on May 22, 2026. The store manager would not do the exchange because I did not have my receipt. I was so surprised because I was not asking for a cash refund, but an exchange for a different item. Which the items I was going to exchange came out to be cheaper than the blouse that I was returning. The manager offered me a store credit of $8 dollars when the blouse cost over $40 dollars. I could not believe they would not even do an exchange. I was like even Walmart would give you a store credit for the item price if you don't have your receipt. The manager claim she tried to look up my purchase by my credit card that I used. She said she couldn't find the purchase. But the interesting thing is that I used my points for the purchase. The manager could have pulled up my purchase by phone number since I used my points. The manager did not even offer to do that. The cashier that was standing there was so focus on my receipt that they did not try everything to find my purchase. And all JC Penny (the manager) could offer me was $8 dollars store credit. I will never shop at JC Penny again. The have lost a customer. And the interesting thing is that there was a couple in front of me that didn't have their receipt either and they wouldn't help them. The cashier gives an excuse about they have a new system now and if you don't have your receipt, they cannot take anything back. Every time I have walked through JC Penny the store is barley with customers. You would think they would try and keep the customers they do have. Not lose customers. But I will never go back in JC Penny to shop. They have just lost a CUSTOMER.
