  Felicito a la señora Lina por su capacidad de escucha, enfoque en el valor de servicio. Muy talentosa, colaboradora y servicial. En mi expericia comprando mi outfit ella me ayudo encontrando lo que yo queria. Me alegra el personal del almacen.

  Wow wow wow very excellent and exciting store best idea ever of opening card with you all absolutely alot of amazing wonders i got crazy cheap and astounding astonishing deals wish could of buy whole store 😆 🤣

  I just finished ringing up in the store and I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to it. Sadly, the woman and her mother next to me were checking out after purchasing a very large amount of items, but instead of the cashier named Jeanette saying thank you and ringing them up, she spent five minutes, lecturing them about how they needed to learn to speak English and when they were asked a question, they should say yes and not so when answering . She told them that they lived in America now and that they had to speak English. I was completely floored. We’re in Orlando, where there are plenty of tourists coming from many different countries. Their language was irrelevant she should have been rang them up and said thank you..

  I ordered online and completed the payment and forms correctly and appropriately. I designated my daughter to pick up a shirt. She was given a hard time picking it up. She ATTEMPTED to show Identification and the email order as instructed as the only things necessary items for pick up. The associate and manager were extremely RUDE and dismissive towards her. My daughter felt that they did not treat her like an adult. She tried showing them her ID and the email. But, they did not even look at the email with the barcode. If they scanned it, they would have determined the order info/#. They kept telling her "that's a coupon" when it was not! They were inefficient and unprofessional! If you decide to be in customer service position, please refresh your skills and mind your manners! Leadership, if you are reading this, maybe you need to re train your associates and review your policies. The JC Penneys at other locations do not act this way.

  I were in JCPenney in Florida mall this morning to ask if I can get previous family pictures . Ashley was amazing! She was so caring, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. She make me feel very welcomed, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, Ashley, for your kindness and outstanding customer service—I truly appreciate it! I hope I will always see you there ❤️
