- CCcmole10003 days ago1.0***RIP OFF ALERT*** I paid $300 for a suit but bc I didn’t catch a tear in it the arrogant manager wouldn’t return (within 30 days). Told me it was close to 30 days as if that matters. Then wouldn’t give his name. What a joke. Most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever interacted with.

- SSSerina SasakiSep 21, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service Sean, the store manager, provided 10/10 customer service and was absolutely amazing! I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this—Sean truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help customers. You are truly an asset to EXPRESS and an excellent example of what exceptional customer service should look like!
- CBChantal BedonAug 27, 20261.0The manager Yesica or something like that at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her a simple question, but instead of helping me, she had a terrible attitude and told me to go to the register. Shortly after, another employee called her over because a manager was needed. She could have easily answered my question the first time instead of dismissing me. I understand that managers can be busy, but the way she treated me was completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. A manager should be respectful and willing to help customers, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. I would not recommend this location based on the way I was treated. Now I understand why the store was empty with no costumers…
