- LELisa Early4 days ago1.0My son ordered flowers for me... the bouquet was delivered to my house full of dry, wilted, dying flowers, wilted leaves and brown stems. It clearly hadn't been watered in several days. I called to complain; they apologized and said they'd send me a new bouquet the next day at no charge. It's now 3 days later and they haven't sent a replacement. Rather than calling and complaining again, I've decided to leave a negative review... the first time I've ever done so. Shame, shame. I strongly recommend not doing business with them.

I hope the other locations are not as irresponsible and unprofessional as the people who work at this location. I placed an order days before expected delivery and my order was never delivered. No phone calls or emails letting me know this would happen. I called the location many times and no one picks up the phone. I send emails through the "contact us" via the website and no response. If you did not intend on fulfilling my order, then why accept it? DO BETTER, it may not be a serious job to you but you but, I as a customer expect to get fulfillment when I pay for a service! Very dissatisfied.
