- VJVeronica Jimenez4 days ago1.0Ordered online for pickup. Day before I was going to drive to get it I get an email saying order was picked up. So I have to show my id to pick up what I pay for in store but someone else can just walk off with it? Customer service is a joke, saying it was picked up they cant help me.
- WWWilliamJul 26, 20265.0I came to this shoe store because I needed a new pair of running shoes, but I wasn’t completely sure which model would be the best fit for me. The store was clean, organized, and had a really good selection, especially for Adidas shoes. One of the employees asked what I would mainly use the shoes for, how often I run, and what kind of comfort I prefer. They showed me a few different options and let me try them on without making me feel rushed. After comparing several pairs, I decided to go with the Adidas Ultraboost. The cushioning felt very soft and comfortable, but the shoe still felt supportive and secure around my feet. What I appreciated most was how helpful and patient the employees were throughout the whole process. They explained the differences between the models in a simple way and made sure I chose the correct size instead of just trying to make a quick sale. I’ve already worn the shoes for a few runs, and they feel great so far. The recommendation was exactly what I needed. Overall, I had a very positive experience here, and I would definitely return when I need another pair of running shoes.

Unfortunately they didn't have what i wanted. 5 stars anyways for being so friendly and kind to me! I will be back sometime and i recommend everyone comes to here to buy shoes and accessories; cause the staff are so lovely, so shopping here is a wonderful experience! Thank you so much! 😊
