  Extremely disappointed with my experience at the David Yurman boutique at the Mall at Millenia. I walked into the store fully intending to purchase a ring worth approximately $6,000 as a birthday gift for my husband. I knew exactly what I wanted and expected to be in and out within a few minutes. When I entered, there were four employees on the sales floor, all appearing to be assisting customers. I understand being busy, but not a single person greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or even said, “We’ll be with you shortly.” I stood in the store for about 15 minutes waiting. During that time, I made eye contact with multiple sales associates while their customers were browsing, yet no one made any effort to check on me or ask if I needed assistance. What makes this even more surprising is that I shop at the Mall at Millenia regularly and have built wonderful relationships with sales associates at many of the other luxury retailers there. I am accustomed to a high level of customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. The complete lack of acknowledgment at David Yurman was honestly shocking. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have been enough. Instead, I left without making my purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. For a luxury brand, this experience fell far below expectations. I will not be returning.

  Staff is super un-welcoming and rude. I attempted to ask for help from one of the associates and he snapped at me telling me he was helping someone. That could have been handled in so many better ways. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have worked. Avoid the dark haired dude with the skeleton ring. Super rude.

  My husband and I have now been clients of Ivy for about 3 yrs, she always makes the experience one of a kind, her kindness, her knowledge of her product and just simply her customer services has made us continue to purchase DY . We love her!

  I came in looking for a specific piece to complete my bracelet stack. I was immediately greeted by Manar, who carefully selected the perfect style to tie all my pieces together. She genuinely understood what complimented each other and thoroughly compared different sizes and styles. Altogether we came up with an amazing stack and I can’t get enough of it! Thanks Manar, you truly made this experience one of luxury and class.

  My husband and I recently visited this location to purchase some cable bracelets. Manar was the SA that helped us and she was fabulous and attentive. We will definitely be back again and request her.
