  Extremely disappointing experience — I felt discriminated against and humiliated. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I went into the Calzedonia store at The Florida Mall genuinely intending to purchase bikinis, but the way I was treated by both the sales associate and the manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable and discriminated against. When I first asked the sales associate for her opinion about a bikini, she looked me up and down and then acted as if she had not heard me. Later, I chose another bikini and asked whether it was available in other colors. Once again, she completely ignored me. My son then asked her the exact same question, and she simply replied, “Yes.” We stood there in an awkward silence waiting for her to tell us which colors were available. My son finally had to ask, “What colors do you have?” She answered, “Brown,” and nothing else. He then had to ask yet again, “Could you please show me where the brown bikini is?” She visibly sighed, appeared irritated, and displayed extremely unfriendly and angry body language before finally getting it. Unfortunately, the experience became even more humiliating in the fitting room. The associate confronted me and told me I could not try on the bikini without underwear underneath — even though I was wearing underwear. Instead of simply accepting my answer, she continued acting suspicious of me, as though she did not believe me. I felt embarrassed, judged, and incredibly uncomfortable. Despite all of this, I still decided to purchase both bikinis. When I said I wanted both, the manager responded in a mocking/joking tone, “These bikinis are not on sale.” I had never asked about a sale, discount, or price reduction at any point. I found that comment completely unnecessary and insulting. Why would she assume that I was looking for a promotion when I had simply said I wanted to purchase them? I am a business owner myself, and I understand how important it is to treat every customer with dignity and respect, regardless of what assumptions someone may make about them. I came into this store ready to spend my money and left feeling judged, humiliated, and unwelcome. I sincerely hope Calzedonia management reviews what happened at this location and provides appropriate customer-service training. No customer should be made to feel this way while simply trying to shop. I absolutely do not recommend this location. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give this experience.

  Tenían una promoción de 59 por set, compré varios set y cuando me dieron la cuenta no me cuadraban los números, cuando verifico con la calculadora ítem por ítem me doy cuenta que me habían cobrado una diferencia a favor de la tienda que nunca supieron explicarme a qué se refería. Su sistema de cobro no es exacto y me parece un robo que engañen a los clientes de esa manera. Sacamos la cuenta en tienda y nadie se explicaba de dónde salía ese extra cargo. Me gusta la calidad del producto pero Totalmente Decepcionada de la tienda del Florida mall

  Bad experience definitely not going back and not recommending to anyone I know . Not sure what kind of company is pushing their workers to be rude because they want to count how much traffic they get in the store vs sales. Bottom line you will be welcomed once if u go out and want to come back or decide to take a call or would like to come back after you think about it prepare for push back! Definitely not customer service oriented no matter how good ur products or cheap prices you offer good luck lasting in the states! Don’t be surprised when it doesn’t work for you coz you forgot the hospitality in Italy.
