I would recommend this place hands down to anyone. I felt like I had walked into the cool place where friends that are all really good at HVAC go to get supplies and chill. I felt a bit out of place as someone who got their knowledge from an hour long HVAC class video from YouTube and 2 days of research, but they were incredibly welcoming and were more than willing to help me with my questions. I didn’t feel judged at all. I showed the counter guy, whose name is McQuade I think, what we were working on, explained our process, and explained the issue we were running into currently and the guy helping me explained what I was seeing was normal in a way that a non-HVAC expert could understand and gave me some pointers on how to not have the problem lol. I was expecting to go in there and have to purchase supplies to redo stuff that got messed up, be he was like “lol no. You pretty much just need this stuff and shouldn’t have that issue. Everything looks good from what I can see”. So on top of being incredibly nice, they’re also good, honest guys and didn’t try to screw me over while I was panicking. Of If I ever need to do HVAC work again, which I hope is never, I will 100% forego HomeDepot and Lowes and come directly to this store. Oh, and Hector and the group made sure to also offer me some soda or water. I was crazy thirsty so they also solved my dehydration problem. 100/10 would recommend this place for HVAC needs, good people, and a water when you’re thirsty as hell
