  Never ever go to this store again the sales person Alex was extremely rude and not helpful at all, I came in and I needed help and no one came to help us until I went up to a sales person and his name was Alex, I clearly wasn’t dressed like high class so he was extremely rude to me when I was asking questions to him. But his loss cause I was going to buy a bag that same day but after what happened I clearly don’t ever want to go there ever again.

  I visited this store while on vacation and was helped by Bryan. I have a few bags already and wanted to check out some new styles and had never been in a store before and have only shopped online. Bryan was so incredibly kind and taught me some things about the brand history and current trends. I didn’t end up getting anything for now but would return here to shop with Bryan anytime. This was the most helpful experience I had in the mall during my trip.
