  I would like to give my personal opinion about my experience and the brand. If Gucci considers to be a classy luxury brand, than you can consider Balenciaga as a futuristic edgy brand. Balenciaga is 20 years ahead of its time, that is why people don't get this fashion and you cannot wear it anywhere you like. As it goes for the items they sell, you have to do your due diligence before buying such an expensive brand. Balenciaga sneakers are made in China (so do not expect any quality, you might as well go to Walmart and save yourself $100's of dollars). Bag and other leather items are made in Italy, etc... Balenciaga is a Very cool brand, but unlike Gucci, it is definitely not for everyone, they are selling the future and you have to know what your are buying and where you can wear it.

  idk how the rest of the staff are but Delilah gave the best service ever!! she was so knowledgeable about the perfumes, and even as other people walked in (who probably were planning on spending more money than me and my aunt were) she stayed with us and helped us. when i told her id come back and think about making a perfume purchase, she remembered us when we came back and remembered my aunts sensitivity to perfumes, and gave her a place in the store she could sit at and wait

  Got a pair of shoes less than a year ago, they started falling apart which I thought was awkward at best, so I took them to the store for repairs, after having my shoes for 4-5 months they said that they could do anything. I have had plenty of designer brands, this is the first brand that doesn't back up their products with quality materials. I got a few pairs at the same time, my mistake, no mass, not worth throwing that kind of money to lease shoes for lass than a year, shity deal, from a shity brand.
