Something is seriously wrong with the cashier here. I used a five dollar American Eagle rewards coupon and she was very impatient with me. When it came up on the screen, asking for a donation to support mental health and youth, she yelled at me to click Skip or whatever it was and I was trying to read it and she reached over and hit Skip and I said what are you doing? I wanted to make a donation and she said since you just used a coupon I didn’t think you’d wanna leave a tip. What is wrong with her?

I don't usually leave reviews, but I just spoke with one of the managers named AJ over the phone. He helped me with a missing returned item I had returned in-store the day before. He was so friendly and eager to get to the bottom of it. The call lasted for 40 minutes and ended up lasting past closing time and he never rushed me off the phone. Even though the item wasn't able to be located he checked the cameras to confirm I returned it and gave me a merchandise credit over the phone. Excellent service!

I’m a regular customer, but after today I will not be back until this is resolved. The female manager on duty followed me the entire time I was in the store, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. While I was holding a shirt and looking for jeans, she accused me of stealing and tried to grab a sweater on my shoulder, which was my personal item. I went to the fitting room and she stood outside my door questioning me, violating my privacy. I also overheard her use a racial slur about me to another employee. On top of that, a male employee was repeatedly entering and leaving the women’s fitting room area while customers were inside. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of customer privacy and safety. I am escalating this to the General Manager and legal counsel and will be requesting security footage from today. I expect immediate contact from store management.
