  I’m a regular customer, but after today I will not be back until this is resolved. The female manager on duty followed me the entire time I was in the store, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. While I was holding a shirt and looking for jeans, she accused me of stealing and tried to grab a sweater on my shoulder, which was my personal item. I went to the fitting room and she stood outside my door questioning me, violating my privacy. I also overheard her use a racial slur about me to another employee. On top of that, a male employee was repeatedly entering and leaving the women’s fitting room area while customers were inside. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of customer privacy and safety. I am escalating this to the General Manager and legal counsel and will be requesting security footage from today. I expect immediate contact from store management.

  Worker in dressing room with green shirt was aggressive and rude to both employees and customers. I really hope he wasn’t a manger but it seemed like he was :( needs to work on customer service. Ruined my experience and made me want to leave. All the other employees were sweet and helpful. (5/25 6:30PM)

  Angeles is the best person I could find at the store, she was so understanding, patient and caring, she knew exactly what I wanted and found out how to make it happen. Thank you Angeles!
