Store staff were friendly and there was no big line. Wait time was less than a minute to pay

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! The manager was far from helpful and was extremely rude and dismissive. When you take the time to explain an issue to someone and they clearly aren’t listening or even attempting to understand the situation, it’s incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience is a perfect example of why so many people would rather purchase everything online than deal with this kind of poor customer service in person. I will definitely be sharing my experience and making sure others know just how disappointing the customer service is at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and helped — not made to feel like an inconvenience. Do better. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. 😡

Good prices and great deals at this location, but the inventory felt a bit limited with low stock on popular sizes. The store layout also could have used a better, more thorough cleaning. Overall still worth stopping by for the value, but the store presentation has room for improvement!
