  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Alo at The Mall at Millenia is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! 😍 Walking into this store honestly feels like an experience. The selection was amazing they had pretty much everything I had been looking at online, which I loved because you can actually see everything in person and try it on before buying. They also had a great variety of styles, colors, and plenty of sizes available. My only complaint is how incredibly packed the store can get. I really think they would benefit from some type of occupancy limit because at certain points it felt way too crowded to comfortably shop. The fitting room line also got VERY long, so definitely be prepared to wait if you’re trying things on. Other than the crowds, though, the store itself is gorgeous, the selection is incredible, and I would absolutely shop here again. If you love Alo, this location is definitely worth visiting just try to go during a less busy time! 🤍✨

  I visited Alo today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with two of the employees. I was polite, friendly, and smiling when speaking to them, but they responded with unfriendly attitudes and unpleasant looks. Their behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only positive part of my experience was Sebastian. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and I truly appreciated his kindness. Unfortunately, the attitude of the other two employees completely ruined my experience at the store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should feel welcomed and respected when shopping at Alo.

  Overall, I had a pretty nice experience at Alo! This wasn’t my first time shopping there. Most of the staff were friendly, but the girls working in the fitting room were disappointing. They weren’t very helpful and seemed more focused on their own conversation. When I asked if I could hand over the clothes I didn’t want, one of them quickly snatched them out of my hand, which came across as a little rude. It’s a small interaction, but it definitely left a negative impression.

  There is definitely room for improvement in Alo's pick, pack, and shipping process. When customers pay premium prices for premium products, it's reasonable to expect a premium delivery experience as well. The checkout process states that standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, but in reality, delivery is closer to 8–10 days. Setting accurate expectations is important, but at these price points, Alo should also invest in faster order fulfillment and shipping. Delivering on the overall customer experience should extend beyond the product itself.
