  Very disappointing experience at the Alo store in Millenia Mall. The store was completely disorganized, they didn’t respect the waiting line, and the employee who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of customer service I expected. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location.

  I’m a fan of the clothing at this location, but my recent shopping experience was very disappointing due to the level of customer service. (I’ve had other disappointing experiences the customer service, but I am appointing the particular one I had today) When I inquired about inventory for a specific item—the Airbrush pant in a size small—I was told by staff that only black and brown were available. However, while browsing the floor myself, I was able to locate two other color options that were not mentioned. It felt as though the staff was either misinformed about their own stock or unwilling to assist. Beyond that, getting help on the floor was difficult, and the overall demeanor of the staff felt unhelpful and dismissive. I really love the brand's apparel, but the service at this specific store has made it hard to have a positive shopping experience. I hope management can look into better training for the team to ensure they understand the native language and more accurate inventory assistance and a more welcoming environment for customers.

  Extremely disappointing experience at the Alo store in The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida. The clothing is very expensive, so I expected customer service that matched the premium prices. I purchased a gift for a friend and asked if they had a gift box. The employee didn’t seem to care at all and simply shoved my purchase into a plastic bag, with no attention to presentation or customer satisfaction. When customers spend a significant amount of money, they expect a premium shopping experience—not indifference. Luxury brands should provide luxury service. If this is the level of customer service the store continues to offer, it will lose loyal customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the training and professionalism of its staff. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  YALL BE CAREFUL OF THIS STORE THEY SELLING FAKE STUFF!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS I SWEAR, SO MY SON WENT AND GET A SWEATER FROM THIS STORE 🏬 BUT AS WE ENTER THE STORE THEY LOOKING AT US STINK I GUESS BECAUSE WE “BLACK” SO HE ASK FOR A X-SMALL TO TRY ON COULDN’T FIT WENT TO THE LADY FOR THE SMALL THAT THEY HAD LIKE 6 SMALL BEFORE HE WENT TO TRY-ON THE XSMALL SO HE WANTED A SMALL N WHEN TO THE LADY AND SHE SAID THEY SOLD OUT BUT HOLD ON SHE THINK SHE CAN FIND ONE IN THE BACK HMMM SO LET ME ASK THOSE 6 SOLD SO FAST AND NO ONE GO OVER THAT SECTION ITS WAS SHE ALONE ???! SO MY SON SAID HE WANTED THE GRAY INSTEAD OF THE BACK AFTER 1-2 HOURS AFTER WALKING AROUND, SO I WENT TO EXCHANGE IT AND SHE SAID IT WAS FAKE THATS NOT THE ONE SHE SOLD TO US ETC AND GIVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT DONT WORK BUT I WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE BECAUSE YALL AINT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS!!!!!
