I had the best experience today with Molly and the store manager Mel! I had a rare issue with my order where they sent me the wrong items that weren’t on my receipt and they were so sweet and proactive with fixing it and making sure I was able to order the items I liked. Molly even showed me the sale on the underwear that I had no idea about and I definitely took advantage of their great deals. Love this store and all their associates but ESPECIALLY Molly and Mel!!

Beautiful Store, Unmatched Deals, and Bras That Actually Fit Right!. I still remember when this store was first moving into Waterford — and as someone who worked in the area for so long, I was genuinely excited! Every time I walk in, the setup is absolutely gorgeous: clean, beautifully arranged, and so inviting. The quality of their clothing, especially the bras, is *incredible*. As someone who’s always been a huge Victoria’s Secret fan, I have to admit — this store has officially won me over. Their bras are not only stunning and comfortable, but the value is unmatched. I got **two bras for \$59**, which is barely the price of *one* at most places. It honestly felt like such a steal. The women who helped me were incredibly sweet, attentive, and supportive. I wish I had gotten the name of the associate who assisted me because she truly took her time to make sure I found a bra I *loved*. The experience felt personal and unhurried — and she made me feel confident and cared for the entire time. I left so happy with my purchase that I’m already planning to send my mom in to shop there, too 💖 Thank you so much for the amazing experience — I’ll definitely be back!
