  Unpleasant experience with doing a simple BOPIS purchase. The young lady at the front was checking someone out and I asked if I could do my pick up order up front. She said she could once she was done and so I waited for the young lady to complete the purchase that she was ringing up. While that was taking place, the customer that was checking out had a friend come in line to check out. I reasonably assumed that once the young lady finished checking out the customer she was ringing up, she would complete my BOPIS order. To my surprise she didn’t, and started ringing up the next young lady that came up AFTER me. I left 3 stars because thankfully I found the manager and she completed my BOPIS order immediately after talking to her. Not looking forward to picking up the remainder of my order when it comes in, but I won’t be doing any future business at this location unfortunately. Kudos to the manager for completing my order though!

  1 star because the Aerie sign is not centered like the rest of the stores. Great store though, it has better options than the AE location 100 ft away that only seems to display sweaters on the mannequins even in the middle of summer.
