  Ms. Courtney helped me check out today. I had a lot of items and she carefully bagged everything and we had a really nice conversation as well. When I was about to leave the store, I thought I was charged twice for something and I asked customer service to double check. It seems I wasn't, but I was all over the place. Ms. Courtney was kind, courteous and very patient.

  Ment to make the review yesterday. Marissa is a very very sweet employee. Has a beautiful smile. Helped me find my grandchildren’s clothes for a wedding. I love how straight forward she is. She seems to be very in-tuned with conversations between her and her customers. She listens and approaches/approached me correctly. Very sweet girl. Sales are also amazing! Love this place. And will definitely continue shopping here!

  I received one of the best customer service Experience in a long time from Courtney in the Men’s Department. I drove 45 mins to see they didn’t have my pants size and kinda wasn’t happy but after interacting with Courtney, she order what I needed and I left with a smile on my face. Add additional 5 Stars for Courtney. Keep up the awesome customer service.

  Salon: Everyone at the salon are so nice and pleasant. I had my hair done with excellence by Jimmy. He was professional, respectful and pleasant. I’m so happy I found a great place to be pampered. Felicia Wells

  I would like to make a formal complaint regarding an employee named Marissa. During my recent shopping experience, she was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment she approached us. When she came to the register, she immediately shook her head and made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her by asking to be checked out. While ringing up our purchase, there was confusion regarding a clearance promotion. Some of the clearance signs stated an additional 25% off, and we also had a coupon. Marissa accidentally scanned the wrong coupon for the jewelry instead of the coupon that applied to all clearance items. When it did not work, she immediately stated that it was declined and gave us a total of $208.56. My husband then asked if a manager could assist. Marissa turned around, walked only a few feet, then came back and said “never mind.” She pulled up a coupon on her phone, scanned the correct one, and it worked. Throughout the transaction, her attitude remained unpleasant. She slammed and threw my clothing, including a pair of pants, onto the counter in a manner that felt disrespectful and aggressive. Her responses were very short, condescending, and came across as though she was annoyed that we were there. I understand that retail can be stressful, but customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. The entire interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I believe this behavior should be addressed to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
