  I brought in multiple brand-new items that are currently were being displayed and sold in store. Despite the items being unused and clearly identifiable merchandise, I was refused any form of exchange because I did not have the receipt. What is even more concerning is that when these items were originally purchased, my phone number and email address were never entered into your system by any associate at checkout. Because of this employee error, there was no purchase history available to reference, and I was ultimately penalized for something that was entirely outside of my control. I find it extremely disappointing that no effort was made to provide reasonable customer service or offer an alternative solution. Instead, I was simply turned away. For a company that promotes customer satisfaction, this experience reflected the complete opposite. I have worked in retail long enough to understand policies exist but I also understand that management has discretion when handling situations involving new, current merchandise and clear point-of-sale failures. The lack of professionalism of “Natalie” the associate and unwillingness to assist left a very negative impression of your store and brand overall.

  Thanks to one Fashion Star employee, I had an amazing experience with my girl friend at Windsor retailer. We walked in the door not expecting to find anything dressy to wear for my birthday party. Am hour and half later, we both left the store with multiple wardrobes including stockings and shoes. Great customer service like this cannot be replaced with online shopping!
