  I've been coming here for a long time, and honestly, it's usually been a pretty good place with good vibes and good energy. I'm glad we have places like this around instead of the limited options we used to have. But recently I noticed some counterfeit-looking tobacco pipes being sold that were clearly not made correctly. They're missing a certain part that appears to be there to keep the pipe from getting hot enough to melt, and I could clearly show them the problem. It wasn't just a matter of preference—the design was visibly different from the legitimate version and, in my opinion, wouldn't work correctly. What's even more confusing is that the legitimate product doesn't even cost more, so I'm not sure why they switched to what appears to be a counterfeit version that looks almost exactly the same. This seems to be becoming a trend around Ocala, and when I brought it to their attention, I was disappointed by the response. They told me they hadn't received any complaints, but when I offered to show them exactly what was wrong, they didn't seem interested. I even told them they could potentially be hurting people, and their response was basically that they didn't care. That's really disappointing from a place I've been going to for a long time. If a customer points out a potentially unsafe product, I would expect the business to at least take a look at it and investigate instead of dismissing the concern.

  Was shopping for pipe tobacco at this store. They had some Captain Black pouches (1.5 oz). I said I'd take 2. The lady rang them up and it comes to $60. I was flabaghasted. No way is this a reasonable price for 3oz of Captain Black. Thankfully I found 2 pouches at another tobacco outlet for half the price. Oh, and she told me to go buy it there when I mentioned it. GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONS...NOT!
