  Custom service was absolutely terrible. The girls up front were nasty, throwing around my clothes I brought in, and were just overall rude. The attitude was much not needed. One of them were even sitting on their phone while going through my clothes and watched a movie the entire time. She explained why she didn’t take them and was stank facing the whole time

  Went into this location on Saturday to sell some clothes. I had 2 bins of clothing neatly folded. It included designed brands, many items listed on the board they were looking for. The two workers behind the counter were discussing how they couldn’t wait for their break. They didn’t even look at the clothes. They pulled them out of the bins in handfuls never looking at the items. They passed up brand new with tags lululemon , Gucci, Levi’s and other designers. Then just shoved everything back in the bins. I had pulled items to purchase however when hearing the response to me about why they weren’t buying I said Nevermind. The response was my items were stained and outdated, they checked the dates on the clothes and they were too old. They did not one time even look at a label. I feel like they judged me the minute I walked in and were too busy worrying about what else they could do. They did it to my daughter in law as well. No wonder this location is looking for a new owner. With staff like this I am not sure how they’re still in business. It’s ok thought Uptown Cheapskate made me an offer for 20 items including the new with tags Lululemon. My business will be with them from now on. Don’t waste your time here!
