  horrible customer service. The young lady’s that work there have a very bad attitude and not polite. When I first walked in one of the workers was yelling at another worker in front of customers very unprofessional. I wasn’t greeted. Another answered a phone call on her personal phone while giving me service and talking the whole time. They did not take 4 brand new areopostile jeans. The clothes I had were a bigger size and they only took the little sizes as if there aren’t people who would fit well in those clothes. They said the clothes had to be up to date and I had many clothes a teenage girl would were as me being one myself. I had a lot of summer clothes because it’s summertime and they didn’t take them. They took 4 items and gave me 8$. I had my clothes neatly folded and organized by jeans to sweatpants I got it back thrown into the bag I had. Overall the customer service was very bad and they were unprofessional and rude.

  Me and my family went there today for the first time and it was great! They were so organized and they had so much good clothes. The workers were sweet. I also love how everything is 15% off on your birthday! Definitely try it out! 💕💕💕☺️☺️☺️

  I walked into sell clothes for the first time no one greeted me as I walked through the door. I stood the counter with the items in my hand as they finished a conversation about needing new tires on a car they didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there and they all looked at me and continued their conversation when their conversation was done and they addressed me. The girl standing at the counter had her airpods in the entire time i was in the store. I brought in a pair of Nike shoes that were a little bit worn maybe wore them five times they told me that the shoes were too worn. That’s why they couldn’t take them. i saw a pair of pink adidas on the racks that were barely pink anymore from all the dirt. 🤣 The racks are so empty and literally have shein and walmart on the racks 🤦🏼‍♀️ very disappointed in the store.
