  Was visiting a well enjoyed restaurant in the food court of the paddock mall, waiting on my food next to two women one of which told the cashier she was employed in the paddock mall, I overheard there was some confusion with one woman’s food, one of the workers offered to remake her food & while it was denied by the woman employed at this location, I happened to glance and see her jcpenny badge, she proceeded to verbally attack a younger employee. I understand being upset over confusion when it comes to food you pay for, & wanting it right, this woman walked away yelling and cussing loudly. If you go to a place in public, wearing a badge with your name & your place of employment on it, I believe you shouldn’t be outrageous in public, as you’re still representing your place of employment.   My husband and I were in the store today looking for curtains. We were happy to find 2 pair we liked plus curtain rods. When we went to the cashier at the back of the store, the older lady there was talking at length to an older couple with a cart full of items. She told us and another customer to go somewhere else, she had to "make an order". The other registers had LONG lines, so we all thought it would be better to keep waiting there. But they never stopped talking, and she never made an order. Other customers came up and were waiting. After 30 minutes, we put the things back and left the store. Between us, our feet and legs were hurting too much. There were no carts either. Looked like there were other good sales there, but no use looking at them, we couldn't pay for anything!

  I went to JCP and as I was checking out Sophia was amazing. She provided great customer service and she was helpful with finding deals for me for saving with coupons. Thanks Sophia.

  Came to buy a watch and maybe some jewelry for my birthday and got ignored when waited patiently and when I asked a question the elderly lady with silver pixie hair grabbed her stuff and left for her break. Very rude I think I’ll pass on ever giving this place another chance. Made me feel like crap on my bday.
