- GMGonzalo Morante6 days ago5.0Very helpful staff. Martina was great helping me found the right sizes for me and soecify the discounted items and Jess in the cash register was very nice and patient! Would come back.
- AHAlyx HarperSep 17, 20261.0Young employee at the cash register refused to do an even exchange for products I purchased in the wrong size. Products were unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and receipt present, within return window. If I didn't have the receipt, and was outside of the return window, an even exchange is still the store policy. Trying to tell me I have to pay money to exchange an item I already purchased is wild. 20 years of shopping with this company..... Never coming to this location again. Called other locations to confirm this was not correct course of action on behalf of this particular store/employee. Please make sure your staff understand what your company policies are.

- DCDaniel CabreraAug 15, 20265.0This location is excellent. I came in to exchange 3 shorts that did not fit. Kathy and Beyonce facilitated the transaction and helped me ship other items not available in store direct to my house before I leave for a vacation.
- JPJoseph PerezAug 8, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at American Eagle with an employee named Luis. While I was trying to decide what I wanted to buy, he kept making me feel rushed and like I was taking too long. I understand employees have responsibilities, but customers should be allowed a reasonable amount of time to look around and decide what they want to spend their money on without feeling pressured to leave. Luis’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it seemed like he was more concerned with getting me out of the store than actually providing good customer service. It definitely made my shopping experience much less enjoyable.
