  I just want to commend True Fashionistas for their exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a handbag online. Their policy is all handbag sales are final. But when I received the bag, I realized there was considerable damage that was not noted or photographed in the on line description. I went the next day to the store and presented the bag. Immediately, the cashier got the store manager. They both apologized profusely for the error in the bag even being up for sale at a considerable price in that condition. I was promptly refunded to my original form of payment ( usually only store credit is given for returns). I still intend to shop online, as well as in store. I feel confident that True Fashionistas will do right by the customer. I highly recommend this business; it is a wonderful place to find excellent quality at great prices, and all the employees are so nice and helpful.

  I can’t say enough great things about this consignment shop. First, the quality, cleanliness and organization of this store is amazing. The merchandise is unbelievable. I have recently purchased lovely furniture pieces from True Fashionista. The items are impeccable and of great quality and style. Shelly Watts has helped immensely to select coordinating items that work well in my home. She has taken a strong interest in helping me design a warm and welcoming living and dining room and has spent much time with me being so helpful and kind. She has a great eye for design and a great flair for working with customers and finding the key to items that work for them. Shelly is excellent at her job and goes above and beyond!!!

  May as well give your clothes to charity.. they pay little money for good clothes even brand new with tags the owners are clearly getting rich off people! I’d prefer to take to goodwill than use them again

  Extremely disappointed. I dropped off around 10 high-quality clothing items, including new with tag pieces months later I have not received a penny. Meanwhile, my friend purchased items from the store that were unmistakably mine. The shop never contacted me, never paid me, never accounted for my items. This feels dishonest and unethical. I would warn others to think twice before consigning here.

  I have been shopping at True Fashionistas for several years and have consigned as well. Overall I normally have a positive experience, that was until today. The lady at the dressing rooms was wonderful but the young lady, Abby C at the register was terrible. There was nobody in line when I approached the register. Abby was hunched over the counter and did not even say hello. She rang up my purchase and then literally threw the bag at me without a thank you. As I left the store the security alarm went off because she did not remove the security tag. I walked back to the register and told her that she did not remove the tag. She grabbed the dress, removed the tag and threw the bag back at me. No apology. Abby needs training on how to be polite and helpful to your customers. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism is not a good look for your store.
