- VMVilma MontalvanSep 28, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience at the J.Crew store at Mercato in Naples (Store #2125) yesterday, 9/27, around 11:50 AM. My daughter and I were helped by Estephania, and she was absolutely amazing! 💕 She was so sweet, attentive, and friendly, and provided exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in. Estephania was incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She truly went above and beyond to make our shopping experience special. Employees like her are what make customers want to come again. Thank You!!
- APAlexa PerezSep 28, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience at J.Crew, especially thanks to Estephania S. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. She made me feel welcomed and was genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Employees like Estephania are what make customers want to come back. Thank you for the amazing service!
- KDKristiina DiOrioFeb 27, 20241.0Won’t shop here again. Husband is in a pinch for new pants and jacket for a wedding in a few days. The mannequin was wearing his size and the last in the store. He wanted to try on and buy the whole outfit. The employee would not take the jacket off the mannequin and let a sale walk out the door over the hassle of having to redress a mannequin. Seriously? Thanks for nothing.
