  I've been visiting and shopping at this location for years, and throughout that time I've seen many different employees come and go. Overall, my experiences have always been positive, and I typically leave satisfied with the service I receive. However, my interactions with Guillermo have consistently been disappointing. He is, without question, the rudest employee I have encountered in the entire mall. As a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars at this store over the years, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. While the rest of the staff has generally been friendly and helpful, Guillermo's attitude and customer service skills fall far below the standard I have come to expect from this location. I hope management addresses these concerns so that all customers can continue to enjoy the positive shopping experience this store is known for.

  Literally the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m new to the area and this is the second time I’ve visited this location. I did not get greeted once either times. The girls working had a stand off attitude and did not make me feel welcomed. This second visit I just made I was prepared to spend 100’s of dollars as I need new dress clothes. I had an arm full of clothes picked out and no one said one word to me or offered assistance as I continued to look. Eventually when I walked up to the counter to check out, the employees literally walked away the opposite direction and left the counter when I’m finally ready to check out. While another employee proceeded to give me a attitude because I was looking at display tags on the counter while she was folding clothes close by. Telling me “they’re not coupons and then proceeded to roll her eyes and call her friend over to bad mouth me behind my back. That’s when I dropped all the clothes I was prepared to buy and proceeded to walk out. Will definitely not be giving my business to this store. I expect at least a tiny bit of effort to feel welcomed when shopping at a higher end retail store like Express.

  Spent over $350 dollars here online. Tried to bring back items that didn’t fit and they declined to take back my stuff cause it was on sale. I went back to the website and it says no where that they can’t exchange these items. Doesn’t say final sale and now I’m hundreds of dollars down in clothes that don’t fit me. NEVER shopping here again.
