  Order an item for Mother’s Day and it was never delivered. I called the store all and no one ever answered to provide any information ever. I would never spend another dime with this business especially this location!

  Would not recommend. I ordered something to be picked up but put the wrong date. I put in a request to cancel the order but that was ignored. I called the day prior and the girl told me it can’t be cancelled and then hung up on me. I called on the day it was scheduled to be picked up and they said they couldn’t cancel the order. The manager I spoke with said they can deliver it instead of it being picked up. I gave the address twice and she assured me it would be going out to be delivered then. 5 hours later and still no delivery, I called and spoke with the same manager. She told me my mom had come in to pick up the gift. I thought that was strange so I called my mom and she had not left the house at all that day. I called back and the manager kept telling me that my mom came in to pick up her order. She even tried to describe what my mom looked like which was incorrect. After a bunch of back and forth she finally remembered agreeing to deliver my order and once she realized the “mistake” she was acting so nice. They finally delivered it after 7pm. I don’t know if she was lying or actually mixed up customers, but she kept assuring me and telling me my mom came in for her gift and really told her story well. I don’t believe she was being truthful. She read the phone number that she called and everything. I want a refund for the headache and for being lied to. Don’t order from this store! I wish I read the reviews here first because it appears there have been lots of issues with this store and the people who run it.

  Terrible experience. I ordered from them for Mother’s Day, and the delivery didn’t arrive until 9:45 PM that night. My mother is 87 years old, and this was extremely disappointing. The staff was also rude and unpleasant to deal with.

  Ordered a delivery for my mom for Fri 4/3 several days in advance. Saturday comes, no delivery. I call EA and I am advised that someone signed for the delivery. I tell her no one did, and she advises me that the manager and delivery driver in question are not there to ask and she will fix it on Monday. I asked her to call the driver and verify because Monday is after Easter and not acceptable. I call back an hour later to confirm my mom never signed for anything and I am placed on hold and then hung up on. I call again and I am advised that the driver says 'the lady was having trouble opening her front door and asked for it to be left on the porch." OHHH so NO ONE signed for it now? I told her that my mom lives in a gated community and the gate tracks every car and the no one from EA ever even came to the neighborhood, and that my moms door works fine and this never even made it to the right neighborhood let alone home. Well she says the driver is new. So the driver doesn't know how to use google maps? It's a very distinct address. After advising her that I checked with the guard gate I think she finally started to believe me and said she would get another delivery out later that day. Delivery was left on the porch later that day - warm fruit and half melted chocolate and flowers that were falling apart when the package was opened. It was disgusting and I will never order from them again. I think you have an issue with your driver, and when someone calls you to advise you their order didn't come I have two pieces of advice 1) don't lie and say it was signed for when it wasn't, and 2) believe people instead of making them feel like you are accusing the of lying.
