  Wish I’d known ahead to ask for Tess, but based on all of the negative reviews and similar experience I had this morning, I will not be returning to the store. Middle of June in Naples, Florida…salesmen sitting around on their phones, barely look up, nobody greets me and when I finally get someone’s attention, he could not have been more rude, bored or unhelpful. Do they train them to be so disinterested?

  First and only time I will ever step foot in this place. Came in today to treat myself to a new timepiece for Father’s Day. I’ve been torn between the newer JLC Polaris and the Cartier Santos. My 9 year old son wanted to come with to see the process. We stood in front of the JLC display for quite a bit and not a single store representative even acknowledged our presence. Sorry, I am not dressing up to go timepiece shopping in Florida summer heat. Lost yourselves a sale today.

  MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS JOEL! JOEL at BUCHERER is amazing. He helped me purchase a beautiful datejust timepiece for my mother. The quality of the Rolex timepiece was so good my family had hard time believing what we were seeing. SO BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Joel plus the Bucherer team for the fun time chatting in the boutique!   I visited the store today to pick up my watch following its service. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of what I would expect from a professional service department. When Joel returned the watch to me, he did not provide any explanation regarding the issue that had been identified or the work that had been performed. Instead, I was left to review the service paperwork on my own to understand what had been done. A brief explanation at the time of pickup would have been both helpful and appropriate. I was also disappointed to learn that the watch had apparently been sitting at the store for at least a week, if not longer, before I contacted an associate to inquire about its status. At no point was I notified that it had arrived and was ready for pickup, resulting in an unnecessary delay. While I would normally seek clarification from management, I did not feel comfortable doing so in this instance. During a previous visit, I came into the store with my two children and was met with what I perceived to be a dismissive and demeaning attitude from Antonio, the store manager. His demeanor made me feel unwelcome as a customer and left me with little confidence that my concerns would be addressed constructively. As a result, I chose not to pursue the matter further with management. Overall, the lack of communication, both regarding the completion of the service and the explanation of the repairs performed, made for a disappointing customer experience. Greater attention to customer communication and professionalism would significantly improve the service process. Although the service is under my husband’s name, I would be glad to clarify any misunderstanding, as I was directly involved in the experience and can accurately speak to the concerns raised.

  I’ve been to the Bucherer boutique In the Waterside shops a few times. Always had a good experience, but this particular time I was greeted by a store associate named Anthony. I explained to him that I needed something subtle for an upcoming event and he helped me find the perfect gift. Kelsey was also very welcoming and kind and helped me make the right decision. I look forward to many future visits and purchases. If you are in the area stop by, you will not be disappointed. Thank you all for your assistance.
