  I visited Bucherer 1888 in Naples on Monday. Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly staff and had the pleasure of meeting with Anthony to begin my Rolex journey. I had a wish list and Anthony helped me narrow down the Datejust 31 configurations that I put on my registration. Anthony was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He took his time and showed me different watches so that I could see the colors of the dials I was interested in as well as the bracelets. I am hopeful that one of the watches I registered for will arrive quickly! Thank you Anthony for a seamless experience in getting me registered. I am excited to be a part of the Bucherer and Rolex family.

  Stopped in today to have a screw tightened on my Rolex Day Date and had an amazing experience. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. They fixed it at no charge, offered me a drink while I waited, and took the time to show me some of the new GMT models. As someone who loves watches and is hoping to build a relationship with Rolex, I really appreciated how genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate the team was. Thank you for making my first visit such a great experience. I look forward to coming back.

  One year ago today I purchased my first luxury timepiece at Bucherer. Anthony helped me with the transaction and has made himself available throughout the year whenever I stop by to take a look at some additional pieces; he’s been excellent. I look forward to continuing to grow my relationship with him and the boutique over time.

  Michael is hands down the best AD experience I could’ve asked for. He walked me through the different brands in the store, asked genuinely thoughtful questions, and never once made me feel rushed even as I tried on watch after watch. His knowledge and patience are next level. I left feeling completely confident in my choice, and I’m so excited to have a trusted advisor for my Rolex journey.

  My family and I have been customers at this location since 2019, and my latest visit exposed something I should have caught years ago. I came in for a strap change on my Tudor, and a conversation about trading in my Datejust led to a discovery: I was never actually on the list for a Submariner, despite being told for 5 years that I was. Nothing was ever entered into the system. That falls squarely on my former sales rep, Don Manning. Every time I came in and asked about my status, he had an answer ready, and every one of them was apparently invented on the spot, because there was never a request to check on in the first place. That’s not an oversight, that’s years of being handed a convenient lie instead of an honest “I never submitted this.” He didn’t just fail to follow up but he actively let me believe I was being taken care of while doing nothing. Beyond that, he was just genuinely unpleasant to deal with. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to him unless you were walking in ready to drop six figures on the spot. There was no warmth, no real interest in you as a person or a long-term client, just a rep going through the motions until something big enough came along to hold his attention. For a store built around relationships and repeat business, that’s exactly the wrong attitude to have on the floor. I have no idea how many other customers got the same treatment. I ended up building my entire collection (several Rolexes and Tudors) through a dealer in Nevada who did the bare minimum of what Don wouldn’t: actually do his job. It’s telling that on top of years of being strung along, my name is still misspelled in their system. That said, I understand Don Manning is no longer with this location, and the salesman I worked with today was a completely different experience. He was attentive, straightforward, and easy to talk to. He even followed up with a confirmation email the same day, which is a small thing, but after six years of being told things that were never true, it actually meant something. It’s the first time in six years I’ve actually felt like a valued customer here rather than an inconvenience. If that level of service continues, I’m willing to give this store another shot. It shouldn’t have taken this long, but it’s a step in the right direction.
