  I’ve stopped in a few times now and have had a great experience each visit. Donald has been very helpful, easy to talk to, and has taken the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Another associate also helped me on a separate visit and was just as welcoming and helpful. Overall just a really great atmosphere every time I’ve been in the store.

  Highly recommended! Joel and Antonio offer the upmost professional service, paired with extensive knowledge and an impressive selection. If you are looking for white glove experience, this is definitely the right place.

  I had a really good experience today working with Joel while trying to buy my first Rolex. He was very easy to talk to, and didn’t make the process feel confusing or stressful. He explained how everything works, answered all my questions, and was upfront about the wait, which I really appreciated. I’m really excited for my first Rolex, and Joel definitely made the process a lot better.

  This is long overdue. Grady has been phenomenal to work with. His knowledge of watches is incredibly deep. I have learned a ton since I have been working with him. The watch I picked up earlier today is amazing. Outside the norm. Perfect in both its complexity and simplicity. Incredibly grateful he was able to source it and especially how quickly!
