Not sure about these negative reviews? I was just there with my daughter shopping and we were treated exceptionally well. Everyone was very warm and very helpful.

I LOVE ALO! Such an amazing store with the cutest clothes and the best quality. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and I always leave with something I’m obsessed with! Definitely one of my favorite places to shop! 🤍✨

Here is the review translated into clear, direct English, ready to post: Terrible customer service and zero respect for the customer’s time I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter yesterday and came back today to make a simple exchange. To my surprise, the so-called "manager" refused to exchange them, using an absurd excuse that the soles had a different color. Instead of offering a solution or decent customer service, he wasted my time over total nonsense. It’s completely unacceptable for a store like this to have staff with so little empathy and judgment. I definitely do not recommend shopping here.

Will never shop at this store again.!! Customer service sucks. Lululemon for the win . Can’t return anything even if it’s new never worn with tags. What a joke.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this store and staff. Everyone there is so polite from the moment you walk in. They all go above and beyond and their customer service is impeccable. Their store manager Suzanna might be one of if not the best managers I’ve ever seen In retail business. Karen also always go above and beyond whenever I come in with my mom. This store truly represents what Alo is all about.
