I had a package shipped to this location, and the staff made the pickup effortless — they handed it right over without making us wait in line, which we really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly focused on taking care of customers. It's the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend this location if you're in the Destin/Sandestin area.

If you want a different color or size of something they will try to locate it for you and if it isn't in store they are happy to have it shipped to your house for you. Theh have a great variety and as busy as the store usually is, they do a great job of keeping all the merchandise organized.

After some thought she decided not to keep the outfit due to the look of it. 1 hour later we walk back in to the store to return the item for a refund. The cashier and manager were no help and only wanted to give an in store gift card….. meanwhile there is nothing posted that says no returns, nor were we told anything from the associates or cashier!!!! Stay far away from this store and this business model who only cares about the end dollar and not the consumer!!!!
