  TL,DR: Manager says she can not do exchange and states her POS is not able to do basic tasks like exchanges. Also misrepresents the companies return and exchange policy. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. My wife went in and wanted a dress but chose not to get it. Being a nice husband, I went back and bought the dress and I asked the lady who checked me out to put it in a bag I already had. She put the dress in there and put the receipt in there. Fast forward 20 minutes and the surprise goes to plan but I got the wrong size (shocker). We go back to exchange the dress for another size and the manager proceeds to tell me I can't exchange the dress. I know you can't do that with some of their dresses but I proceeded to point out the dress I bought was not one of them. The manager then says that their point of sale system does not allow for exchanges and when I pushed it she exchanged it and said I need to keep track of the receipt. However during the whole time I was called entitled and rude in Spanish. When my wife pointed out that she understood what was being said, the manager got quiet. I wonder why. I have reported the store to the county and states consumer protection agencies based on what their manager said. Please be careful going here as the manager will advise you she can't do returns and thinks it's okay to demean clients when she believes they will not understand them.

  Don't buy from this store. They do not accept returns. Even though there receipt states it does in 14 days. I purchased the item 7 days ago. The manager said they don't accept returns. When we told her that international mall Windsor does accept returns and the receipt says the store accepts returns she said then go there. Stay far away from this place. If you read other reviews people are all having this issue. This is not a one off situation this is a known problem from this store. Incase the store responds saying they have some items that are not returnable this was not one of them. International mall returned it with no issue full refund.

  Entre a la tienda, y yo buscaba trajes varoniles, pero al entrar me atrajo el vestido morado de la entrada 🤭 tuve que decirle a una de las chicas llamada Gabriela, que me lo queria probar y me miro 🫣 pero me sonrió y me dio el vestido, no es de mi talla pero lo compré por si cambia mi talla en el futuro, lindo vestido 👗👍🏽😔
