  Patético el servicio al cliente. Llegamos a la tienda y la rubia que está trabajando los domingos, nos preguntó si se nos ofrecía algo y al decirle que estamos mirando, nos miró despectivamente. Jamás he visto tan mal servicio al cliente en una tienda como esta

  I purchased the Born in Roma Donna Green Stravaganza perfume from Valentino’s official website as a birthday gift, selecting the gift box and personalized engraving. Unfortunately, the order arrived completely unprofessional: the perfume, samples, and gift box were all separate in plain cardboard boxes and different days, not the luxury presentation promised. I reached out to customer service and explained the issue. While they were polite and tried to explain that the packaging and delivery were out of their control due to high seasonal demand, the response did not resolve the problem. They offered only a 10% discount for a future purchase, which does not reflect the disappointment of receiving what looked like a low-quality, poorly packaged order from a premium brand. I am very disappointed with Valentino’s handling of this situation, and I will not be purchasing directly from them again. For a brand of this reputation, I expected much better, especially for a gift meant to be special.
