  I ordered online the night before the flowers and cupcakes were delivered early the next morning. I was so pleased the flowers looked like the picture and the cupcakes were beautiful and fresh.

  I ordered flowers online from Trias Florist for a friend’s birthday, and the entire process was so easy and seamless. Their website was simple to navigate, ordering was quick, and the flowers were delivered right on schedule. I actually shopped around and looked at several other local florists before ordering, comparing arrangements and prices, but ultimately decided to go with Trias because I’ve used them in the past. I’m so glad I did! The arrangement exceeded my expectations and was even more beautiful than I anticipated. My friend absolutely loved the flowers, especially the beautiful colors and quality. It was the perfect choice for her birthday. Thank you, Trias, for another wonderful experience!

  The arrangement was exactly as i had pictured it! Gorgeous arrangement and perfect flowers picked! Colors were perfect and it made my daughter’s day! Communication with owner was great and delivery to the University was seamless! Highly recommended!

  After nearly a decade as a customer and thousands of dollars spent with Trias, we are done. Last Mother’s Day, we received an orchid that arrived listless and in poor condition. We gave Trias the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a one-time mistake. It wasn’t. This time, Trias delivered a plant that was clearly and obviously eaten by bugs. How a florist could look at this plant before delivery and decide it was acceptable to send to a customer is beyond me. And the customer service was just as disappointing. The staff made the situation unnecessarily difficult, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the manager refused to speak with me. The owner eventually emailed me over the weekend—but by then, it was simply too little, too late. After nearly ten years of loyalty and thousands of dollars in business, this is how Trias chose to treat us. A florist should know better than to deliver a bug-eaten plant. A long-time customer should not have to fight to get someone in management to address an obvious problem. We gave Trias the benefit of the doubt once. We won't make that mistake again. We are taking our business elsewhere.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers specifically for my daughter’s birthday with Saturday delivery. They claimed they attempted delivery, but I was never notified there was a problem. By the time I found out, they told me they couldn’t redeliver until Monday. If they had contacted me earlier, I could have made other arrangements. I ended up canceling the order and found another service that delivered flowers in less than an hour that same evening. Very disappointing service for a time-sensitive birthday delivery.
