My wife went to the store with her receipt to exchange a clothing item, but the exchange was denied because she had removed the tag. We were told that the store’s policy had changed, but this was never clearly communicated. What was most disappointing wasn’t the policy itself—it was the manager’s attitude. She was rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help or offer any reasonable solution. This happened on Sunday, July 26. I find it unbelievable that someone with this attitude is managing this store. I’ve been shopping at this location for the past 10 years, and until now I had never experienced such poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has cost the store a loyal customer. I hope the company takes customer service more seriously and addresses how its managers treat people.
