My husband and I own several Tiffany pieces, including my husband’s wedding band, so when he offered to take me to pick out something for my birthday, I was genuinely excited.
On May 16, 2026, at 11:23 a.m., we decided to stop by Tiffany & Co. before lunch. When we entered the store, we were greeted by a tall gentleman who did not bother to introduce himself. I later learned from the receipt that his name was Sebastian Gomez.
I mentioned that we were shopping for a birthday gift for me. Rather than offering assistance, recommendations, or guidance, Mr. Gomez simply told us to “look around and see if there’s anything you like.” I found this odd and disappointing, especially considering the level of service we have received from Tiffany & Co. in the past.
While walking around the store, we had questions, but no one was available to assist Sebastian remained standing near the front of the store where he had initially greeted us. He made no effort to approach us, engage with us, or provide any meaningful customer service. His lack of enthusiasm, attentiveness, and professionalism made me want to leave, but my husband encouraged me to stay so I could still find something for my birthday.
The entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It bothered me enough that I felt compelled to leave this review. Despite the experience, my husband ultimately purchased a pair of earrings (Order #44515, Store #158).
I am submitting this formal review to highlight the urgent need for improvement in customer service standards at this location. Sebastian Gomez turned what should have been a special birthday experience into a negative and unforgettable one.

Bought bracelet 3 months ago , went in to get it resized around same time . They mailed it out of state to get resized after they took measurements. Never received email on when to pick it up so I called beforehand to avoid the 1 hr drive each way . When I called they didn't have my phone number or email on file for wtv reason. They said it was rdy to pick up at same store location. So today I drove the hr paid for over priced parking picked up bracelet. For wtv reason they had given me 2 receipts with one of them being voided. Got home after the hr drive back to realize they either incorrectly resized it or they tried to bs me and gave me a new bracelet all together which wasn't resized to the size they took. Called their support and told me to do process all over again without any sort of compensation or reimbursement for shipping fees which I'll have to pay for again. The expensive gas prices/parking or the hours out of my life wasted for my first time buying with this brand and most likely my last. Im now expected to mail it myself?????? Im expected to discuss over the phone the correct size it should be resized to when they will randomly reach out to me???it's just an insane marketing scheme to get you back in the store. I feel disregard. The gift was for my wedding anniversary and now the whole vibe is just ruined.. I honestly bought this gift for the feelings isn't that what these brands are supposed to focus on selling. I've gone thru unforseen/reasonable problems with other brands like L.V and Dior and never have I been disregarded. Usually these situations are taken care of promptly or atleast feel like it is. Im gonna have to wait probably another whole month. Talked to my Dubai friend whom works at tiffany and co and they would've treated this distinctively different. Im assuming the employee just didn't care and tried to cover up mistakes of somehow managing to not have my information correctly. Keep in mind I've been nothing but respectful and patient as I don't let these things stress me out but I know this is some sort of marketing scheme to waste my time to have reasons to come back in store. They see my wife with L.V and goyard , Balenciaga and they'll just waste our time like this. I feel humbled and not taken care of . Ma ager who sees this review should hold a meeting with associates to better improve and accommodate people accordingly. Cause im literally getting scammed. Exact reason why I started off buy a cheap bracelet instead of their high end tennis bracelets. Because hospitality matters . The little details matter and if tiffany and co is this difficult im glad to find out beforehand. They definitely knew everything was messed up but wasn't given the truth and given the run around. If im taken care of ill delete this review . If your reading this review it's because they've failed to reach out to me.

Excellent customer service! I was given really good care and advice, and the staff really know their craft (how does one even guess the bracelet size from an approximate height?! And the man was 100% right!).
100% recommend!
My husband and I had reservations at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon so we decided to do some shopping. We went into Tiffany because I was looking for a specific pair of earrings as a gift. The minute we walked in somebody asked us if they could help us. I told him I was looking for the return to Tiffany Silver heart earrings. With unbelievable arrogance he said, “We do not sell silver at this location, you will have to go someplace else.” I should’ve followed my gut and walked out immediately based on that negative interaction, but I decided to browse because I was in the mood to shop. This same fool turned to a coworker and loudly proclaimed, “They are just browsing.” Translation: don’t help them because you’re not going to earn a commission.
The level of arrogance and elitist mentality at this Tiffany’s exhibited by this “worker”, (who should be fired for treating customers so poorly), is absolutely disgusting and mind-boggling. It’s Tiffany, not Cartier. Tiffany needs to get a grip and realize they’re not the only game in town for jewelry. I will never return here and I will never buy another item from any Tiffany’s for as long as I live.
