One of the tiny screws had fallen out, causing one of the arms to come off. The staff here were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They took a look at my glasses and were able to fix them right away by putting the screw back in. What seemed like a big issue for me was handled quickly and without any hassle. I really appreciated how welcoming and willing they were to help. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and this team definitely delivered. Thank you for saving me another trip and getting my glasses back in perfect shape!

I purchased a pair of oakleys last year and by mistake sat on on one of them and broke one of the legs. I went there to seek help replacing the leg. The salesperson Guiliano was not helpful in many ways. First he started telling me how this could be a problem. Instead of listening to what I had to say. Then he said the actual glasses were broken, not the leg. Which is not the case. I was not looking for free repairs. But options to save the glasses. Instead he just told me to come back monday through thursday and just walked away from me. I think management should know that this salesperson is not there to help. instead he pushes clients away.
