  Just came to purchase just under 1k in glasses. My fiance purchase his first for $330 then we left so I could think about my pair for just under $500. When we returned i ask Norely can we return his and purchase the 2 pairs so we can get 40% of his pair. She said no we had to wait 24 hours. As a customer service Maniac who's worked in customer service for years Norely needs training in service. She seems new but customer service is something that comes natural. Im very disappointed in the service. I am a very loyal sunglass hut client for years. Im heading to key west and will do my shopping there. Great you guest in a timely manner and be attentive.

  We purchased two pairs of glasses at this store in December. Since they were not available at the time, the Manager, Tony, ordered them online for in-store pickup. We returned later that same day and informed him that we had changed our minds and wanted to cancel the order. He told us that he could not cancel it and that we would have to come back in person to cancel once the glasses arrived at the store, which did not make sense. After unsuccessfully attempting to dispute the transaction with our bank, we went back to the store to request a refund. At that point, Manager Tony informed us that a refund was no longer possible because more than 30 days had passed, and that we would have to take the glasses regardless. We obviously did not pick them up, and the glasses have never left the store. We are currently waiting for a resolution, as he stated that he contacted his supervisor and asked us to return next week when he is working to receive an update. We find it unacceptable that we are being denied a refund when we clearly requested cancellation on the same day the order was placed and the merchandise has remained in the store at all times.
