  I am extremely disappointed of the unacceptable customer service I received from Tony. On May 9, I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut for approximately $850. I trusted your company because I expected premium quality and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, one of the pairs had a manufacturing issue from the beginning. The screw that holds the temple (arm) to the frame was loose, and because of this defect, the temple eventually fell off and was lost. This was clearly not caused by misuse but by a faulty assembly. I returned to the store hoping the manager could simply help me order the replacement part. I made it very clear that I was willing to pay for the replacement piece. However, instead of trying to help, the manager told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. No solution, no alternative, no attempt to assist me in any way. I find this completely unacceptable. As a customer, I spent $850 of my hard-earned money expecting high-quality products and after-sales support. Instead, I am now being told that I have to throw away a pair of sunglasses worth approximately $400 because of a small defective screw and because no one is willing to help me obtain a replacement part. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A company with Sunglass Hut’s reputation should stand behind the products it sells and provide reasonable assistance to loyal customers. I am requesting that Sunglass Hut provide a fair resolution, whether by replacing the damaged sunglasses, providing the missing replacement part, or offering another appropriate solution. I sincerely hope this matter will be resolved promptly. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to share my experience through consumer reviews and other appropriate channels, as I believe other customers should be aware of the level of service I received.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Tony at Sunglass Hut! International Mall !One of the lenses on my sunglasses had popped out, and since I purchased these glasses in Paris, they were very special to me. I definitely didn’t want to risk trying to fix them myself. I called Sunglass Hut, and Tony kindly told me to come He fixed my sunglasses in no time and had them looking perfect again. Thank you, Tony, for taking such great care of my special sunglasses and making my day a little better!

  Very helpful and friendly. Was patient with me when I was not sure what glasses I wanted. Highly recommend this location at international mall. Amazing customer service!
