  The worst store on the planet sells you glasses with artificial intelligence for more than $500 then they charge you insurance. My glasses were stolen and they are not even able to report the theft. They didn't help me at all, they just sent you to call somewhere else. Never in my life will I buy glasses in this store again. The worst thing is the impudence of those who serve you in customer service who treat you as if your money was not worth it and additional I know that I bought a specific model and they say that it is if the system does not buy those, but that I buy the old and the cheap ones. When it was the other way around I bought the new ones and the most expensive ones.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at Sunglass Hut. About two months ago, I purchased a pair of glasses from this location. Recently, one of the tiny screws fell out, causing one of the side arms to detach. I still had the screw, so I called ahead and was told that if I brought the glasses in, they would be able to put the screw back in for me. I drove an hour to the store based on that information. When I arrived, the employee assisting me (she was tall and blondish hair) was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of helping with the repair, she told me there was nothing she could do and that someone else might be able to help if I came back later that day or the next day. I asked if I could leave my glasses there and pick them up later once the appropriate person was available, but she refused. She stated that because I wasn’t purchasing anything, I could not leave them at the store. After driving an hour and being told beforehand that the repair could be done, I was extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance and customer service. The entire situation felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left very unhappy with the outcome. I went to the sunglass hunt at Macys where I didn’t even purchase my glasses. They were so helpful and did a quick fix didn’t even hesitate. I hope you guys fix you customer service.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this sunglass store. About a year ago, I paid extra for a warranty that was supposed to cover damages. When I recently tried to use it, the sales associate was completely unhelpful and claimed the warranty was for my wife’s glasses—which is simply not true. My wife takes great care of her glasses, unlike me, so that explanation made no sense. It felt like they were just trying to avoid honoring the warranty I paid for. I would strongly recommend future customers think twice before purchasing their warranty—it seems like a waste of money. Honestly, you’re better off going to a different store where they actually stand behind what they sell.

  Very helpful and encouraging. I wanted to buy the Meta glasses but it was. $200 difference. But I will be back for them soon. Thank you
