- MOMaite Montes de ocaMar 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this sunglass store. About a year ago, I paid extra for a warranty that was supposed to cover damages. When I recently tried to use it, the sales associate was completely unhelpful and claimed the warranty was for my wife’s glasses—which is simply not true. My wife takes great care of her glasses, unlike me, so that explanation made no sense. It felt like they were just trying to avoid honoring the warranty I paid for. I would strongly recommend future customers think twice before purchasing their warranty—it seems like a waste of money. Honestly, you’re better off going to a different store where they actually stand behind what they sell.

The salesperson was unhelpful and couldn't even tell me about the different models available. Despite my mentioning that it was a gift, she didn't make an effort to show me any options or ask me questions to help me find the right pair. In the end, I purchased a pair of glasses for almost $300, and the same salesperson was already at the cash register, seemingly just waiting for the payment—probably hoping for her commission. To my shock, she didn’t even bother to put the glasses in a proper bag. I've shopped at this store before and know how things usually go, but this experience left me incredibly disappointed. I won't be shopping there again.
