- GGGavinAug 1, 20261.0I went in to buy a pair of the Meta glasses. Experience was okay at first, but once I made my choice, a lady there was telling me the ones I want are the Kylie Jenner glasses and are for women. But I went with the Meta Adventurer, which are not the Kylie Jenner glasses. Throughout time and wearing them, they were giving me headache. I came to terms with the fact that I needed to get the large size. I went to return them and they told me that they're unable to return the Meta glasses since they were opened. I asked her "How does that make any sense? You have a 30 day return policy, and the policy is even printed out on my receipt. In fact, when I came here and bought them, they told me I have 30 days to return them." She turned to the lady that was present when I bought the glasses, and the lady denied ever saying that. So I grabbed my glasses and my receipt, and went over to the other Sunglass Hut (Spc E395) and they were very respectful over there and completed my return with no problems. If I'm going to give my honest opinion, this particular Sunglass Hut has no idea what they're talking about half of the time and every time I've gone there, there's always some interaction that doesn't make sense. Beware shopping here.
