- JLJC LucasApr 7, 20265.0I would like to update my Review. I was contacted by the Manager Olga and was offered an apology. They corrected the issue I was having with the Ray-Ban Sunglasses. I went into the store and the Manager A.C. explained in detail that the exchange was a one time process and was able to make this happen with no issues. No hard feelings with this store. Manager A.C was very nice and helpful. They are responsive with the reviews and they do there best to make the customer happy. What I do not recommend is the Ray-Ban Model #RB3478. I bought 2 pairs of these glasses and both have issues with the screw's that hold the lens in place. The screw gets lose and falls off. $200.00 worth of glasses and I am sure the new sunglasses that will be my 3rd pair I will have the same issue within no time. Please buy from this store with confidence. Just don't buy that model of sunglasses. Thank You. :)
