This time, I came in with a pair of Celine sunglasses that I bought in Amsterdam, and the arms had been adjusted way too tight. Jonathan was so nice and helpful. He adjusted them for me, didn’t charge me anything, and was incredibly kind and professional. Thank you so much, Jonathan! I really appreciate your help and will definitely be coming back!

Today, July 29, around 7:00 p.m., the tall bearded man who appeared to be the store manager didn’t even say hello. From the moment I walked in, he had an unfriendly attitude and showed very little willingness to help. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a company like Sunglass Hut. As a loyal customer, I expected much more professionalism. I won’t be returning to this location.
