  I love this store! Excellent customer service especially by Weng-Wah! I fell in love with a pair of shoes I saw at the store. I had to travel overseas but couldn’t stop thinking about those beautiful platforms. I decided to call the store I had seen them at, Steven Madden Dadeland Store. I left a message and within minutes Weng-Wah called me back. I told him what I needed. I knew the only pair in my size was the showroom pair. He was so helpful and courteous. Immediately, he took my order and as we spoke he packed them and FEDEXed them to me! He made this transaction feel like a breeze. Thanks Weng-Wah and Steven Madden! You guys rock!

  I bought a pair of heels and the very first time I wore them, they had a serious issue. I went back to the store expecting help, but the staff refused to assist me. They showed no interest in resolving the problem or even properly listening to my concern. I then contacted customer service, hoping for better support. It took them over a month to respond. When they finally did, they simply told me they couldn’t help me. No solution, no accountability, nothing. For a brand like Steve Madden, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected better quality and at least basic support when there’s a clear product issue after the first use. Very disappointed and I will think twice before purchasing from them again

  Love the shoes great offers. The staff is not really helpful you are pretty much on your own. I get 2 pairs of shoes in a period of a month . I'm just like the brand if I found a diferent places I won't be back there.
