  If I could give them 0 starts, I will. This store is far away form having good customer service. The manager is so rude and unprofessional. I tried to return a pair of sandals I bought for my husband for the summer; he wore them just once on a Sunday to visit his parents, and the soles completely peeled and the material flaked off, making them unwearable. Yet, the manager refused to accept a return—even though we went back just two weeks after the purchase and the bottoms clearly showed they hadn't been worn more than once. It’s unbelievable; I shop there all the time for myself, but the one time I bought something for my husband, they were unable to offer us a solution.

  Went in to purchase shoes for my wife as a present. I was greeted immediately. The staff and manager Carlos were all so helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Steve Madden

  I love this store! Excellent customer service especially by Weng-Wah! I fell in love with a pair of shoes I saw at the store. I had to travel overseas but couldn’t stop thinking about those beautiful platforms. I decided to call the store I had seen them at, Steven Madden Dadeland Store. I left a message and within minutes Weng-Wah called me back. I told him what I needed. I knew the only pair in my size was the showroom pair. He was so helpful and courteous. Immediately, he took my order and as we spoke he packed them and FEDEXed them to me! He made this transaction feel like a breeze. Thanks Weng-Wah and Steven Madden! You guys rock!
