  Excellent customer service! I brought in my Frank Titanium sunglasses to the Wynwood location to see if they could replace a tiny screw on the nose pad that had fallen out on its own. Those screws are incredibly small, but Paloma fixed it quickly and effortlessly. Thank you, Paloma! It’s service like this that keeps me coming back, definitely a lifelong customer!

  Dierra was extremely helpful. She helped me search through all these different colors of lenses different sizes and shapes and I really needed sunglasses cause I forgot them when I was traveling down to Miami she even helped me apply a discount. I really would recommend her. she’s great and Ray-Ban‘s did such a great job.

  I was very worried looking at all these awful comments about the store, it almost impacted my visit. So coming to the store I didn’t have good expectations but my experience was amazing. The store is very tidy and easy to navigate. I had the chance to be taken care of by Paloma who did such an amazing job at giving me advice and understanding my needs. She’s also a great tour guide so very tourist friendly 😜. I really don’t understand where all of the hate is coming from, but don’t be afraid to go there because of it. I had such a great time and love my new sunnies. Thanks again Paloma !
