  I am beyond frustrated with how my Ray-Ban warranty claim has been handled. This has been months of going back and forth, and even though I have provided everything that has been requested, my issue still has not been resolved.Ray-Ban keeps asking for a “full receipt,” even after I did a three-way call with T-Mobile where they confirmed my purchase and provided screenshots showing my order details, shipping date, and information matching the serial number. I have done everything asked of me, but I keep getting the same response that it’s not enough. What makes this even more frustrating is that my service request was closed saying they did not receive a response, even though I have been actively trying to get this resolved. I also called customer service today, and the representative ended the call instead of helping me. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with Ray-Ban. Either Ray-Ban needs to replace my glasses, or T-Mobile needs to refund me because I paid for a product that I cannot get proper warranty support for. I purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban glasses, and this experience has made me worry about whether I would receive help if something happened with my other pair. Customers should not have to go through this much just to get support. I want to be clear that I will not stop until my case is properly reviewed and resolved. I am simply asking for the support and resolution I deserve as a paying customer.

  The staff there were great! I bartended for a private event there and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely go see them if your interested in metas or regular sunglasses !

  This Ray Ban Store has terrible customer service. I bought a Meta AI charging case 2 days ago and when I tried to return it today, on of the employees and then later the manager said if I dont have the physical receipt items can't be returned. I even showed my bank statement to show how the case was bought their in person and they have the information on their system but refused to accept the return. Trash service from this store! Luckily my bank was able to dispute the case and I got my money back. Do not shop at this store and expect quality service.

  Salesperson offered some add-ons to my prescription glass, but could not explain why it was better. Nothing but: "oh this is better. Why? Just because."
