- JCJustin Chakka2 days ago1.0This Ray Ban Store has terrible customer service. I bought a Meta AI charging case 2 days ago and when I tried to return it today, on of the employees and then later the manager said if I dont have the physical receipt items can't be returned. I even showed my bank statement to show how the case was bought their in person and they have the information on their system but refused to accept the return. Trash service from this store! Luckily my bank was able to dispute the case and I got my money back. Do not shop at this store and expect quality service.
