  La peor atención. No aceptan bebés que lloren ni hablen . La mujer que atiende una mal educada . No vale la pena gastar un dólar en este local . Jamás me atendieron tan mal por tener hijos chiquitos . A una cuadra hay un sunglass que te atienden perfecto y hay más modelos .

  I appreciate customer service. The staff takes the time to greet every customer. I was very impressed. I purchased another pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I require a prescription, which usually makes it a little bit more challenging. However, the process at this location was very straightforward. The staff was able to accommodate my travel schedule.

  Came in around 1 PM and there were two employees working, but no greeting at all. The service felt disengaged and unprofessional — like customers were an inconvenience. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect.
