Unfortunately, my experience changed when another sales associate took over. She seemed far more interested in her phone than assisting customers. Her responses were short, uninterested, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. For a luxury brand like Ralph Lauren, I expected much better customer service. It’s disappointing when one great employee is overshadowed by another who clearly doesn’t seem interested in helping customers. I won’t be recommending this location. Please hire good people.
