  I visited the store looking for white heels. The gentleman who first greeted me was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, my experience changed when another sales associate took over. She seemed far more interested in her phone than assisting customers. Her responses were short, uninterested, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. For a luxury brand like Ralph Lauren, I expected much better customer service. It’s disappointing when one great employee is overshadowed by another who clearly doesn’t seem interested in helping customers. I won’t be recommending this location. Please hire good people.

  5 stars for Alison at Ralph Lauren. She helped me find a belt that was sold out everywhere and had it shipped incredibly fast. When the first one arrived scratched, she immediately took care of the exchange and personally checked the replacement before sending it Overnight Air. The new one arrived perfect. Excellent customer service. Thank you again, Alison!

  Terrible customer service and very arrogant staff. I also received my item in damaged packaging, which was really disappointing.

  This store is very heavy on profiling you and uncomfortably following you around if you, in their mind, do not look a certain way I guess. We weren’t helped as much as stalked about the store as if we were going to steal something. The woman who came in as we were leaving was approached and greeted very warmly while when we came in were greeted from the very back of the store while being looked up and down. The attendants in Zimmerman were much friendlier and not condescending like the attendants here. Honestly abysmal experience. I buy Ralph Lauren regularly but don’t have a store near me and since I was in vacation I thought I would come look at the new collection in person. Unfortunately instead I was profiled and followed around. Loved that.
