- MCmoonlight candyAug 13, 20261.0The store was unbearably hot when I visited, and when I asked an employee why the temperature was so uncomfortable, I was told that the air conditioning was broken. I understand that things happen, but keeping a store open under those conditions—especially in Florida during the peak of summer—is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be expected to shop in those conditions, and employees shouldn’t be expected to work for hours in a hot store either. What made the experience even worse was the overall management and customer service. The store appeared severely understaffed, and the employees seemed overworked, while management showed very little concern. The way some of the managers treated their employees was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. If the air conditioning is broken and the store cannot provide a reasonable environment for customers and employees, close the store temporarily and fix the issue. This location is poorly managed, the customer service is disappointing, and the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend shopping at this location. DO NOT SHOP HERE !
