  Con menos de 8 meses de comprados, el material comenzó a romperse. Los llevé a la tienda por la supuesta garantía de dos años. Después de dos meses, me los devolvieron exactamente igual, argumentando que el daño era por uso excesivo, cuando los zapatos apenas tienen cinco puestas. Como pueden ver en las fotos, están prácticamente nuevos y siempre han permanecido en su caja cuando no se usan. Muy decepcionado con la calidad del producto y, sobre todo, con el servicio de garantía.

  I purchased over the phone with Greisys on 5/3/24. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure my jacket was shipped out the same day. I unfortunately had to return the jacket due to misinformation given to me by the first person I was on the phone with (which was not Greisys). Greisys called me as soon as my return request came in and made sure she did EVERYTHING she could to make things right.

  I went to this establishment during a vacation. Service sucked! I felt like it was discrimination going on by color . I came in with my sister and they stopped my mom at the door saying she couldn’t come in because “ it was too many of us” . So we, my sister and I, went in to purchase shoes. We were greeted by one person while everyone else were looking at us in a awkward way. I told her I’m actually looking for the shoes I seen a coworker have on. She said ok they’re upstairs. We went upstairs just to be up there alone no one came to assist us. The workers who were up stairs all went down stairs when there wasn’t anyone in the store at the time but my mom. My mom told me a female let her in saying “even though we said you can’t come in it’s too hot so you can come in.” While my sister and I was upstairs no one came up so we came downstairs just to see them all watching my mom look at the clothes down stairs also NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE! Why didn’t we get serviced or asked for any help? I’ll never know but they will never receive a dime from me!
