  I received a Cartier Ballon Bleu as a gift for my BIG‑50 and needed to have it resized. I first went to the International Mall, only to find that the Mayors location had permanently closed. I reached out to Lilia Machado, whom I’ve known for several years, and she let me know she was now at the Dadeland Mall store — so I made the trip there. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I was greeted warmly and offered water, champagne (technically prosecco), cappuccino, and even chocolate. Truly above‑and‑beyond hospitality. Lilia was incredibly attentive, as she has always been. She took the watch back three separate times to make sure the fit was exactly to my liking. Toward the end she had an upcoming appointment, so we wrapped things up a bit quickly — I’d say I’m 90% satisfied with the final fit, but 110% satisfied with Lilia and every staff member I interacted with. Mayors Dadeland delivers outstanding service, and Lilia is a gem.

  I recently purchased a Tudor Pelagos from Mayors, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A huge thank you to Henry, who made the entire buying process seamless and memorable. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient as I made my decision, and he took the time to ensure the watch bracelet was sized perfectly before I walked out the door.

  Had a wonderful experience at Mayors Dadeland! Manny is fantastic and provided exceptional service throughout my purchase. Joe was also phenomenal and made sure I had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. I can’t recommend this location enough, and I’m looking forward to coming back.   We had a great experience at this store. Our sales representative, Madeline Fernandez, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through the entire purchase without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. I ended up purchasing a Cartier from her, and the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a new watch and want someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely takes the time to help you find the right piece, I highly recommend asking for Madeline. We’ll definitely be coming back to see her for our next purchase!
