  Very disappointing experience at Mayors. As a returning customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. George attempted to assist me, but when I requested a manager, the operational manager, Jesse, simply walked away instead of addressing the situation or providing a simple explanation. A courteous and professional response should be the standard for a luxury store of this caliber.
