  I had an outstanding experience at Mayors at Dadeland, especially thanks to Polo. Before making my purchase, I visited the store regularly for several weeks. During those visits, Polo and I spent time talking about watches, different models, and our shared enthusiasm for watch collecting. Over time, we established a genuine relationship, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. When I finally decided to buy a watch, I chose the Tudor Black Bay 41 with the Jubilee bracelet. Polo made the entire purchase pleasant and memorable. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my preferences, answer my questions, and get to know me personally. I especially appreciated that he understood and shared my enthusiasm for watches. The experience was so positive that I recommended Polo to my friends. My friend Jesus purchased an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Reverse Panda, and my friend Kenny purchased a Tudor Black Bay Pro. Polo is exactly what a luxury watch sales professional should be. He gives you his full attention, takes his time, and never tries to force a sale. His professionalism and knowledge made all the difference. If you are visiting Mayors at Dadeland, I highly recommend asking for Polo.

  Had an amazing experience with Polo purchasing my very first Rolex, a GMT-Master II “Root Beer.” What I appreciated most was that he recognized my genuine passion for watches and how diversified my collection already was.   For over a year now, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Madeline at the Mayors Rolex Boutique in Dadeland in Miami, and I can honestly say she has provided one of the best luxury retail experiences I’ve ever had. Throughout that time, I’ve purchased several watches and jewelry pieces through her, and every experience has been exceptional. Madeline is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She takes the time to educate me on each watch and jewelry piece, answers every question thoroughly, and offers honest advice without ever making me feel pressured. She genuinely wants her clients to make the right decision, and that level of integrity is something I really appreciate. Most recently, I needed a specific Cartier watch on very short notice for an important event. Despite the tight timeline, Madeline went above and beyond to source the watch and have it ready within just a couple of days. That level of responsiveness and dedication is rare, and it meant a great deal to me. She has also helped me celebrate several special milestones by guiding me through the purchase of some incredible timepieces, including a dated Submariner and a “Batgirl.” Every purchase has been memorable because of the care and attention she puts into the entire experience. What also stands out about this boutique is that the exceptional service extends beyond one person. On the occasions when Madeline has been unavailable, the managers have always been welcoming, courteous, and professional. Polo has also been a pleasure to work with and has consistently provided outstanding service. Based on my experience, this location has built a culture centered around relationships and taking care of its clients. I’m grateful for their exceptional service, and I look forward to continuing our relationship for many years to come.   Tudor: The Legacy The idea for this watch came to me after I sold off, by weight, a several pieces of gold items that my mother had kept: wedding bands belonging to her and my grandparents, delicate chains, bracelets and a gold pocket watch that had belonged to my paternal grandfather. When I received the cash, I wondered if I shouldn't buy a watch, something I could wear to constantly remind myself of those who came before me, honoring their memory in a way, rather than just keeping a pile of gold at home in the form of items that would never be used again. That is how I came to own my first Tudor: the Black Bay 58. Choosing this specific model brings all of that back to mind. It is a reinterpretation of a classic Tudor design with a vintage feel, yet it incorporates modern materials and cutting-edge technology, specifically METAS, certified chronometric precision. Every detail was carefully considered: the "No-Date" configuration (after all, time isn't measured in days), the reference to aged-gold (glit) at dial, hands and bezel, the red triangle at the 12 o'clock position on the bezel, which evokes me the Kabbalah and naturally it’s automatic, after all, movement is what keeps life going. George Valvis, is an incredible professional. Thanks for all your attention.
