  I had such a fabulous time at this store. I was helped almost immediately and catered to very well. Would recommend 10/10

  i usually don’t write reviews, but its very disappointing that the few past experience on my recent visit to this Marc Jacobs location. an associate wearing glasses followed us around the store in a way that clearly felt like profiling she’s done this multiple times which is very strange since i’m in there quite often. She is very rude & condescending when i inquire about pricing. Her overall approaches always makes the entire visit uncomfortable. This was especially frustrating because on a previous visit I was helped by a thin Black woman who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She created such a positive experience that I was hoping to see her again, but instead I encountered the associate with glasses, whose behavior was the complete opposite. Because of this inconsistency in customer service and the uncomfortable treatment during my latest visit I would recommend taking the drive to the Aventura or Brickell locations, where I’ve had much better experiences.

  Negozio bellissimo all'interno del design district di Miami. ci siamo stati pochi giorni e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. La ragazza che ci ha seguiti (purtroppo non conosco il nome ma ricordo che aveva dei tatuaggi) è stata molto carina e simpatica, sempre sorridente e ci ha saputo ben consigliare nell'acquisto di due borse. Consigliato vivamente non solo per l'ottima qualità delle borse ma anche per l'atmosfera che si prova entrando.
