I just have to give a huge shoutout to Austin at Lululemon! From the moment I walked in, he was right there to help and I mean truly help. I was shopping for my wife and he went completely above and beyond to find the right size, even when it seemed like we weren’t going to find it. He didn’t give up and made sure we left with exactly what we needed.
Austin is the kind of sales associate that makes you actually enjoy the shopping experience. Kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping his customers. Lululemon are blessed to have someone like him on their team.

I don’t understand why, but every time I go, the workers are mean. It’s that expensive store vibe where the employees look at you like you don’t belong there. One time, the guy helping me asked for my email, and when he saw I didn’t have an account with that one, instead of letting me give him my other email, he literally interrupted me just to tell me the total. Another time, I asked a girl for help and she just ignored me every time I said something to her. For how expensive Lululemon is, I think it’s absurd that every time I pay, they treat me like they’re giving me the merchandise for free. At this point, I’m starting to think one of the requirements for working at the Dadeland mall Lululemon is being as mesn as possible
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The sales associate called the police on us due to her poor judgment. She seemed to be monitoring how long we took to try on items, which I find unacceptable. As a frequent shopper in various locations, including California, Miami, and New York, I was shocked by the manager's behavior. It's clear that they make assumptions about customers based on their appearance, which is discriminatory. The police officer even suggested that we could sue the store for their actions.
