  I thought that with a new and bigger location at Brickell City Centre, things were going to be different, but I was wrong. I stopped by yesterday and was disappointed to find not only that there were no sales associates available to help customers, but that the only two employees around lacked customer service skills and professionalism. The product I was looking for was out of stock. I took the initiative to ask the employee in the fitting room area if it was available at another store. The employee who “helped me” had an obvious “I don’t care” attitude and ended up ordering the wrong item. Thankfully, I checked my order before heading to the other store, so I didn’t waste my time going there for the wrong product. It’s a shame that a brand that is struggling to survive provides such mediocre customer service. Some basic training in customer service and professionalism could make a significant difference.

  10 stars for the manager and customer service from JOSE ! He made my daughter’s first lululemon buying experience the MOST special . Honestly it made me want to come back and buy the whole store. Our Lulu is always quality and last years but this was the best Customer service experience we’ve had by far . Thank you !!!!

  The lulu lemon in Brickell is the worst location I have ever been too. The employees are racists and unprofessional. As black woman, myself and my daughters were profiled the moment we walked in. I instantly noticed the awkwardness once we entered. We were not greeted nor were we treated like the fair skin ppl in the store. The employees could barely speak English and they treat dark skin people like a bother. I tried to grab the attention of a employee since I needed some help, I was completely ignored, I followed the employee and let them know I was speaking to them to request help and the employee rudely said they didn’t see or hear me. Any and everytime I walk into this location I am put in such an uncomfortable situation. From not being able to communicate with employees since they almost all speak Spanish or broken English. All the way down to not being greeted at the door the same way the others are. I was told by my friends that this store does not like blacks, now after several experiences I can confirm this is true. This is a racists location, they cater to fair skin and the Latinos.

  I am a collective pinnacle member and love lulu but this store is def not one I would come back to. The employees here are rude!!!
