- HMHa MAug 16, 20261.0I went to do a return, the older lady who helped me very unprofessional. Didn’t say a single word to me, not even a hello. Now I had called the store earlier and spoke to an associate who said that even if the item was outside the return window (1 day past) I would be able to at least do an exchange or get store credit. The lady helping me in-store told me that there was nothing she could do and just asked me to move aside for the next customer. The part that upsets me so much is the inconvenience of driving 30 minutes there and being given false information over the phone. Why tell me that you could do something and then when I get there not be able to do it. A complete waste of my time and money.

Because she was the only one in the area I could find that actually cut my hair the way I want. I shave down half of my hair and keep some side long with a partial undercut. So many other salons said no because my hair is curly and the refused to "destroy" my hair. Not Karina. She understood what I wanted and did it flawlessly. My curls are beautiful and the haircut expressive. I am proudly known as the "girl with the cool hair" at work and I'm always telling them to go to Karina.
