Estaba en la caja para pagar cuando aparentemente una supervisora llegó a regañar un cajero por algo mal q había echo y le pedí q lo hiciera después q terminara conmigo y aparte de q me viró la cara y me dijo q no prestaría atención , tampoco me quiso dar primero el nombre. Es bastante poco profesional y tiene muy mala forma de dirigirse a los clientes . Su nombre es aura y fue en el jcp de dadeland . No me siento con ganas de volver a ir a esa tienda después de muchos años de ser cliente
- JMJennifer MAug 4, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager, Silvia She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and spoke to us in a condescending manner throughout the interaction. An employee had already told us that the advertised price would be honored, but when Silvia became involved, she refused to acknowledge what her employee had told us. The signage was unclear and could easily mislead customers, yet instead of trying to resolve the confusion professionally, she was disrespectful and unwilling to listen. To make matters worse, another employee rolled her eyes at us during the interaction, and Silvia did nothing to address the behavior. Allowing employees to treat customers that way reflects very poorly on the store’s level of professionalism. Good customer service starts with treating people with respect, even when there is a disagreement. Unfortunately, Silvia’s attitude and the way this situation was handled made an already frustrating experience much worse. I hope JCPenney addresses this, as no customer should be spoken to or treated in that manner.
